Reasonably large and brand-new room, with powerful shower, kettle, good value compared to other hotels. A wide array of food available in the bar. All in all marvellous and incredible setting just off town centre, restaurants and bars and the city center.

A spacious room with a fantastic large bathroom 😊. the shower, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries were really useful. the hotel's location was amazing, making it easy to travel to the mountains.

the staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect. It was a short walk from the train station and right next to the old city and cathedral. This made it convenient for exploring the area before starting my journey. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance to the old part of town. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and the room was comfortable. Very pleasant stay.

The location was marvelous and brilliant, a short walk to mass transit/taxi as well as the cathedral. Good value for the money. Enjoyed our rooms and the good breakfast. Had a really great experience and would stay here again.

We go there often, and 100% recommend it to others. Wonderful hotel, it has excellent service, brilliant location very close to the centre. The breakfast is free and the staff is exceptional, friendly.

The venue was clean and spacious with exceptional customer care. A wide variety of breakfast options, along with convenient on-site parking. the hotel has fast wifi and is in a perfect location in Ourense, near northern Spain, restaurants, bars, and the old city.

Value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the best restaurants and city sights. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.
